I decided to file a lawsuit to recover the damages because they the political circles contemplated to put me on street. Beginning of 2014, she became aggressive to steal my business I created and switched the staffs around to conceal the grants they were writing with my documents in city's possession.

The following year in 2016 when Dan Romero appointed Myrna de Vera to be Mayor in 2017 again, we the Hercules Citizens resented. The same racists wanted to control the city and corruption continued. Lawsuit filed and Kohn Patrick Tang, not a city employee, was covered by City's insurance policy for defense and this unconfident who ruined the city's finance since he became the Hercules City Attorney got paid over "$500K-$600K per year salary, and John Patrick Tang wrote to the nonprofit owner Pil Orbison as if he was the personal lawyer for Dan Romero and his wife Lori. John Patrick Tang threatened men to alter my website to reflect that I don't have a contractual relationship and that I remove the statement "Mayor of 2015 Cal Bears economic development project."

City Attorney John Patrick Tang of a Chinese subculture clan conspired to hurt my reputation and drafted a letter for Mayor de Vera and Dan Romero to recite when Pil Orbison was about to speak on podium during the Hercules City Council Public Communication, and this pattern continued from October 2015, during Mayor McCoy absent, to Myrna de Vera's mayoral term in 2017. Last incident was on May 09, 2017 when she called the city meeting a recess, when Pil insisted to speak about the way she deferred a statement about Orbison's lawsuit status to John Patrick Tang knowingly that he would make erroneous statement about Orbison's lawsuit. This habit of foul politic foul play continued and I witnessed Myrna de Vera and Dan Romero memorizing the Patrick Tang's letter before the session started. I see this obscene political scene quite hilarious!

This person does not understand or not willing to learn about Constitutional Right of Citizens during her tenure since 2010 that lasted for seven long years.

While Myrna has only three more City Council sessions left before she concedes her Mayoral seat, I wish Myrna and Dan Romero would take a close look at themselves in the mirror to regurgitate what progress they made during the past three years with the stubborn political foul play...

Last meeting on October 24, 2017, Orbison's emails were completed blocked to prevent Orbison from viewing the city council videos but invited to participate to harass me in public, as they have been. These people and City Manager and City Attorney need to dissolve as the RDA should have been dissolved, Patrick Tang, the unconfident lawyer from China, had no clue as to what to do to improve the City's finance, and David C. Biggs, the City Manger, and John Patrick Tang's contracts were found to have been renewed by Myrna de Vera, for additional three years but during the closed session that were held without its Quorum.

This is the racist Fil-Am Mayor Myrna de Vera's last 'Swan Song.'

Re: Facts about President Ferdinand Marcos

It is a well founded facts based on those highly placed senior executives of CitiBank in NYC that several large size gold deposits exceeding in 150 tons of gold bullion were deposited with the CitiBank, Manila offices that sent the physical gold bullion to the Federal Reserve gold bullion depository vaults. Great majority of these gold deposit certificates were supposed to mature between 1984 and 1988. Citbank like the rest of the American banks refuse to return the gold bullion physically but willing to work on a line of credit to the beneficiaries of such gold deposits. Among the largest beneficiary is the unknown first sone of President Marcos from his cousin sister. His name is Louis Erdilen Marcos but for his safety he uses the name as Louis M. Reyes. Bong Bong is from Emelda Marcos. As most of the people of Philippines know that the last almost 14 years of the Marcos, President Marcos did not have any physical relations with Emelda and they both lived in the Palace at different ends of it and did not sleep in the same bed for over 14 years till President Marcos died (killed?). It is also true that he left thousands of tons of gold bullion for the development of Philippines and its people. Those who were entrusted with Marco's gold bullion deposits in the USA and Europe made sure that Mr. Marcos does not in any shape of forms succeeds in claiming world's largest gold bullion deposits with these banks. Identical scenario took place when we Americans looted the Central Bank of Iraq after killing Sadam Hussein and Libya's Moamar Ghadafi. Their combine gold bullion of over 3800 tons sits with the USA while USA is looting these country's natural resources such as oil. Same is now underway with Afghanistan's multi trillion dollars worth of precious gems and strategic metals etc.
Case of this kind of looting is evidenced by Germany's repeated demand for the return of their 370 metric tons of gold bullion which America refused to return but willing to give them the line of credit through our worthless paper money! After several years of back and forths with Germany USA has hesitatingly returned only 3 tons of gold and refused to return any more. President Marco's gold deposits not only in the American banks but in rest of the European banks suffered the same fate! Bong Bong's name is not on these gold deposits as a beneficiary but Louis Reyes is. Citbank has already officially acknowledge this fact but won't release an ounce of gold except willingness to issue line of credit based on the value of the gold deposit. Anyone tries to claim thes gold deposits are destined to be defamed and discredited with all sort of demonization and other tactics. Even Corozons tried and failed to get their hands on partial of the gold deposits and suffered the fate of loss and destruction of their properties and wealth. No one wants to mess with the US mafia of the Federal Reserve banking cartel less they wanna face the wrath of the most powerful killers within!

Re: Of false memories and false hopes

Hi Pablo, sorry for the super late response. Thanks for the feedback. Appreciate your comments. With regard to concrete action, I can only speak for myself. In the past I have provided technical assistance thru a foreign aid agency to the Philippine government. Realizing how difficult and fragile such interventions are, I have started to take matters into my own hands and launch a program designed to help young Filipinos develop critical thinking and problem-solving skills, as well as equip them with employable skills. I am still working to perfect the system and find investors to help scale it up. That's why I haven't been able to write here as often, or reply to readers' comments as quickly as I would want.

Re: Is Senator De Lima’s cry for political persecution justified?

If that is your case about De Lima crying for Political Persecution "kuno," then why she never stops writing about her sentiments against the Duterte Administration? Now more than over, sex really sells and it is very alarming that since younger people have now easy access on the internet, they are now the susceptible target. I even saw one posting something about having a boyfriend at the age of 11? I mean, come on, that's puppy love. I get that. Sometimes, the kids have some problems within their family and so afraid of telling so their outlet is the world wide web. With teenagers nowadays being very wild, I think parents need to properly educate their children and do follow-ups too. I am a teacher in junior high and we had A LOT of this kind of cases. Sad to see that the generation was too wild and just acting on their own accord. We should help. Thinking that my kids are now growing and sooner or later they are already teens. My eldest son is turning 10 years old next year and while most kids are into facebook and chatting, even if he has his own account i see that he is not much into the kind of socialization. Like he ignores chats from classmates but was into so much watching in youtube. And im always in the look out for the sites that he usually visits. I think it is our responsibility as parents to educate them and warn them about these issues brought about by technology. In my opinion, curiosity arise when certain things like sex and similar things are not openly talked about at home because we thought it was improper, or taboo. But as they age, i guess it is just right for parents to slowly introduce to them the truth behind sex, educating them about the pros and cons of it and when is the proper time to do it. Sex must be in the confinement of marriage and that is sacred. Having the right circle of influence for our children will also help them to mature correctly and understand things. Whenever i think about those sex scandals where minors are involved, it hurts me so much and i always hope and pray tha it will never happen to any of my family members.

Re: A peek in the sex scandal laden world of teens?

In my opinion, we adults should be held liable, somehow. But from experience, most teens do not understand what their parents say unless they experienced it themselves. Teens would often comment how KJ their moms and dads were for not allowing them to go here or experience this. I think we parents should explain nicely and should from start have a nice relationship with their kids for them to get their trust and confidence.

Re: A peek in the sex scandal laden world of teens?

In my opinion, adults should really do something to intervene because these teenagers needs some serious talk. I wonder if they do these out of curiosity or to be accepted in a clique or a group. They probably need parents who listen and parents who can guide them or just someone who would give them a hug and tell them that their lives matter and they can't waste it on things that they're not supposed to be doing yet.
